Did you know that math is in baseball? Math is everywhere! The pitching speed, how far the ball goes, and so much more is math. Most people don’t realize it until they keep stats or write about it. Baseball is one of the top sports with the most math. I know a lot about baseball. The equipment you need to play is a bat, ball, and a helmet for yourself. You still need bases, foul lines, and other players to play with. There is 9 players on the field, plus the one batter. Every player has a batting average and every pitcher has an average pitching speed. There is also, 3 players in the outfield and 6 players from your team in the infield.
