The reasons I feel I am being called to it are the qualities that I have been blessed with which I feel God wants me to use for Him. The qualities that I possess are: Leadership, learning ability, and delegation capabilities.

In my opinion, the most important part of any position of leadership is leadership. I am a boy scout and in Boy Scouts, we have positions of leadership and responsibility in the troop. I have been in some of these positions and I have learned how lead groups. I feel that this quality is especially needed for Master of Ceremonies because you have to help give assignments to all of the altar servers.

One of the tasks of a leader is to make sure everyone does their part to achieve the end goal.…
