The video starts off by showing off a more fluid movement in the moment to moment gameplay. We see Ryder swiftly dart into battle using a jetpack, and using the same jetpack to distance herself from enemies. Players can also take the high ground and hover in air to pick off enemies. Combat skills focus on making Ryder the ultimate soldier, giving her proficiency in weapons and gear. If you take this route your weapons will become more accurate and do more damage. Additionally, following this route gives you the ability to use flat cannons, grenades, and trip mines.
Tech skills focus on a more strategic gameplay from the user. Ryder can shoot ice and fire beams out of her suit with this skill tree. There is also an ability called Invasion that weakens the enemy, making them easier to defeat. Finally, within the tech class, you can also deploy your own personal turret to either draw aggro from AI enemies so you can get the drop on them or to supply covering fire as you move across the battlefield.

Skills within this camp allow you to pull objects and enemies close to you much like the Force from Star Wars. You can use the helpless enemies as a meat shield, or reunite them with their friends by attaching a sticky grenade to them and tossing them back to their squad. Another ability known as Annihilation sees the user throwing an orb that damages everything near it, and uses extreme gravity to pull and hold things near it, making enemies bunch up so you can take them out easier with some well-placed shots or my personal favorite,
