Mandi Irwin is a senior at Texas State University studying Mass Communication and Sociology. She currently works at Yost Automotive in Austin, TX, where she does a little bit of everything. Since she started as an office manager at Yost in 2012, Irwin has completely rebuilt their website from the ground up, even though she has no formal training in website design. She has also freshened up their branding, improved their social media presence and run ad campaigns, resulting in the auto repair shop winning Best of Austin for auto repair for the last four years. These responsibilities have given Irwin many valuable skills, including brand marketing, search engine optimization (SEO) and the ability to run social media accounts comfortably. Irwin
