Sex sells. This is a phrase we hear often enough and see in action. Advertisements show women clad in barely any clothes, music videos full of half naked hyper sexualized women, etc. But these videos portray women as submissive creatures, who are in a state of constant arousal and will have sex with any man who shows even the remotest interest with them or throw money at them. A recurrent image is of showing lots of women draped over a single man who is the focal point of the shot.
