Great post. Although there are two scenario, IM injection and Mary’s fatigue, I decided to go for IM injection with/without aspiration because of the question Mary pondered on her way home. Your evidence based practice clinical question is similar to my question likewise PICO. For the patient population (P), the age of the patient and patient condition was not stated thus the information provided is not sufficient to know if there will be sentinel event or side effects with or without aspiration of IM vaccine.
