Mary Surratt is guilty in the act or helping in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. She may not had helped in the assassination, but she had knew what was going on. Yet she still didn’t say anything about it so she still could have done something about it. But since she didn’t so she’s still deserves to be guilty in that matter. Mary Surratt may not have deserved such a harsh death, but if she didn’t want such a harsh death then she she shouldn’t have done that what she did.
