Mood is the emotions of the reader and tone is the author’s attitude toward a subject. The mood of the Mary Poppins trailer is delightful and seems magical. In the beginning of the video, they have words about the movie and they say how wonderful it is. Music was playing and it was happy and upbeat music. There is lots of dancing and they all seem to be enjoying themselves. The tone seems to also be happy, same as the mood. If this trailer was scary and had scary music playing, then the author would not have a happy tone. In the second clip Scary Mary, the mood is suspenseful and scary. Their music sounds creepy like in a horror movie. They also make a warning about keeping your kids safe and to me this sounds like something bad might
