Craig, there is so much information to cover in the Organizational Timeline. I found it interesting Mary Follett was an American social worker and President Theodore Roosevelt had her as his “personal consultant on managing not-for-profit, non-governmental, and voluntary organizations” (Boundless, Behaviorism: Follett, Munsterberg, and Mayo, n.d.). She believed that managers should empower employees instead of telling them what to do. In my place of work, we all have our responsibilities and know what it takes to get the job done. We are currently undergoing a new system and all are being trained. However, the problem is not everyone understands the various parts.
