“A Hero is somebody who is selfless, who is generous in spirit, who just tries to give back as much as possible and help people.” Told by Debi Mazar. True heroes put others first and not themselves. If they were more worried about themselves they would not be considered a hero. Heroes are everyday people that help others with their needs.
Martin Luther King Jr. was an amazing spokesmen who represented people who wanted to join hands and be equal. In the short Autobiography,Martin Luther King Jr., he explains “One day right tt here in Alabama little black boys and black girls will be able to join hands with little white boys and white girls as sisters and brothers.(http://www.americanrhetoric.com/speeches/mlkihaveadream.htm). Martin thought that all blacks and whites should be together and be equal because we are all no different. In this reading a hero is someone who does something that helps others in their life. Many human beings look up to heroes for the good things they do. When human beings see others doing good and right for others, they are considered heroes. Those kind of people are not

A person can be a hero in all types of ways everyday. For Instants “Kids who say NO to drugs.” That kind of person would be a hero by not harming themselves and putting others in danger. “Scientists who find cures for diseases.” Those scientists are very helpful to people whose lives are in danger. Scientists are saving people's lives by taking time from their life to finding a cure. Mostly the real heroes are not recognized much. A quote in the story that was meaningful is “Heroes are everyday kind of people and people who take risk despite fear.” That is kind of explaining that no matter what the consequence is they are willing to take the
