Martin Luther King Jr Vision Essay

Martin Luther King Jr's vision is one that changed the world in an enormous way. In fact, I bet that anyone walked through an elementary school at some point in their life has heard of Martin Luther King. It’s a day in January that we have always got off of school ever since we were little. There has to be a reason that we get that day off of school. The reason just can’t be because the Superintendent was feeling nice and is giving us an extra day off it’s because Martin Luther King impacted America. We should remember his speech not all of it but parts of it that impacted us more than most speeches have. As we went into high school and beyond, we were taught about his famous "I Have a Dream" speech, and we gained a greater understanding of his impact on civil rights in America as a whole. As Luther Ivory stated, “On August 28th, 1963 at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. Martin Luther King delivered the impacting and very memorable speech “I Have a Dream” to the people of America. The main thing that he was hitting on was speaking out for freedom. Dr. Martin Luther spoke from his heart and stood up and inspired many people in the nation into actions with his wise words. There are a few things that he used in his speech that help us realize how impactful his speech really was. Ethos, pathos, and logos are used to provide proof to all that in the foundation of nation there was not supposed to be segregation or even racism. Mostly that everyone should be created equal no matter what color skin someone had everyone should get fair
