A leader cannot sell ideas, goals, dreams or vision without confidence. Confidence makes followers believe in a vision while the lack of confidence leads to the lack of belief in a vision no matter how well laid it is. Martin Luther King was a good example of confidence. He was confident and articulate in the way he shared the ideologies he believed in.
