Marsha Thomas – Intelligence enhancer “Lastly don’t forget to wipe off with alcohol pads!” announced Marsha to her class. Marsha Thomas is a CNA instructor at Odessa College (Marsha Thomas). Over the years Marsha has gained experience in the nursing field. Marsha is dedicated to her students needs when in the classroom, making her a hero as a detailed intelligence enhancer by showing focus, wisdom, and fair-mindedness. Marsha is focused in everything she teaches. As instructor of multiple students one of her sayings is “You can achieve greater if you pay attention” (Marsha Thomas). For example in previous years Marsha has worked with the ambulance team and being focused and tact is a necessary skill in that career. Another example would be degrees. Marsha has also received her bachelor’s in nursing. “All you need is a fresh mind that is ready to learn and you will go beyond your standards” advocated Marsha, in which many believe to be true (Marsha Thomas). Most times the essential requirement to achieving greater things is an open mindset. To be focused means to be fully aware of what is your task and showing wisdom when instructing others. A quote once stated by her states “I believe everyone has the right to an education of their choice” (Marsha Thomas). For example being an instructor, Marsha, makes sure all her students have the same learning opportunities and teaches her students to take advantage of scholarships all while motivating them to excel in their studies. Apart from teaching, Marsha, also volunteers at retirement homes, word of advice to her students she states “Goals are given opportunities to be accomplished” (Marsha Thomas). As a knowledge giver she encourages her students to become what they aspire to be and even excel unto greater things higher than their expectations.
