This worldwide reputation requires a wide range of tourist needs including luxury hotels such as Marriott. Marriott international is a worldwide hospitality leader and it has different range of brands in the global market including hotels chains.This report will analysed the competitive advantages and disadvantages of Sydney Marriott hotel and highlights the company 's SWOT analysis.
1.0 Marriott Ownership
Marriott hotel is one of the major business branches of the well-known American company Marriot, owned by J. Willard Marriott. The company is currently managed by his son, the Executive Chairman Bill Marriott and the President and Chief Executive Officer Arne Sorenson. Marriott’s operation and franchising of hotel and lodging facilities have made the company’s market to be global. Marriott International has more than 4,000 properties in nearly 80 nations and more than 697,000 according to the Marriot Marriot international sustainability report, 2014.

Sydney Marriott has different features which may make it distinguished from other hotels.
