Many people feel that marriage should be between one man and one woman, but it is better stated as a legally recognized relationship of any couple.
“There is no more lovely, friendly, and charming relationship, communion or company than an admirable marriage,” conjured up by Martin Luther. Going back to the beginning of time, marriages have been connecting families together between the bond of two people. Normally marriage is a ceremony that is often officiated by a pastor or judge, typically done in front of family or friends, but a few are done as a private event between the two people getting married. Previously marriage was between one man/one woman furthermore, that was it, any other type of couple was forbidden at the time. Now two men or two women can also get married considering a marriage is any legally recognized relationship between any two people of either sex. At stake in this essay are my own beliefs being disliked or criticized depending on how people might feel about me after knowing my feelings. I can hope that from this essay someone will change their own opinion from one being negative towards same-sex marriages to one who, though they may not like them can be kind to those who choose that kind of relationship. The topic of marriage is one that is arguably on account of people being strong minded about what is or is not right about this topic, due to the fact that it’s a personal matter to the majority of people.
