Have you ever wondered why does it have to be that way that way? In the book Lions of Little Rock that is what Marlee is wondering why does it have to be this way she thinks this because in this story Marlee gets seperated from her friend Liz. This was not just Marlee’s friend it was her best friend, but they were separated from each other and they were told not to see each other. Marlee does not want that. So In the book Marlee did not really have anyone to hang out with but then a new girl (liz)started to attend to Marlee school.
