Throughout this work we will develop some of the skills obtained in the classes, and for this we will simulate the creation of a Hotel & Resort.

About the Hotel & Resort

For our hotel we chose the name 'Charlotte' because we think it fits the concept that we intend to implement. Besides being a french name, it reveals some refinement.
Hotel ratings are often used to classify hotels according to their quality.
This hotel is rated as a 5 star because it reflects characteristics of "luxury and sophistication". Facilities are deemed "world class in every manner" and servicse is deemed meticulous ad "exceeding of all guest's expectations".
These are some of the features that evidence the 5 star quality of the hotel:
• Reception opened 24 hours, multilingual staff
• Doorman-service or valet parking
• Concierge
• Spacious reception hall with several seats and beverage service
• Personalized greeting for each guest with fresh flowers or a present in the room
• Minibar and food and beverage offer via room service during 24 hours
• Personal care products in flacons
• Internet-PC in the room
• Safe in the room
• Ironing service (return within 1 hour), shoe polish service
• Turndown service in the evening
• Mystery guesting

The Avenue des Champs-Élysées is one of the most famous streets in the world and with rents amounting to € 1.1 million (USD 1.5 Million) a year.
For our guests we think it’s very important to have transports near by, so we did a research about that too. "Paris Visite" is a transport ticket valid for 1, 2, 3 or 5 consecutive days, to discover Paris and its surroundings by metro, bus, RER and train from Île-de-France to Disneyland® Paris, Versailles and to airports Paris - Charles de Gaulle and Paris - Orly (depending on ticket validity zone).
The RATP, Paris subway network, has 14 lines that are identifiable by their numbers, colors and directions. The RER (regional express network) network, with the lines (RATP and SNCF) A, B, C, D and E, serves Paris and its region. It has combinations with the urban subway network and with some SNCF lines.
