Executive summary
In this report, the marketing plan of EE limited has been discussed in depth. This report will give an overview of how EE limited is able to apply marketing tactics and strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives of the company. In this section, the market issues and opportunities are analysed through different tools like swot analysis and internal and external affairs of the company in a better way. Despite so many positive aspects, the company also faces some political challenges that they need to fulfil. These political factors affect certain privacy-related rules and regulation such as the right to litigation and privacy controls. Moreover, the company had also faced issues regarding low network in the rural areas which are far from urban locations .According to sources, it was found that 76% of the customers are satisfied in the urban areas while it has reduced to 67% for the people living in the rural areas (EE LIMITED, 2016). Apart from that the company also thinking to invest in collaboration with Ofcom and UK governments to build a better network coverage services in the non-urban …show more content…
Apart from that it also aims to maximise the shareholder’s wealth and customer satisfaction through different process and strategies applied by the company. The aims and objectives is that the strategy of the group is divided into three core parts i.e. the ensuring customer loyalty, securing long-term growth and enabling operational excellence. Based on these strategies the group tries to strengthen it 's operational aspects of the business in order to be capable of combatting any market issues or future challenges (EE Limited, 2014). This strategy is focused on conservative financial structure and strong cash flows within the business. The groups leading network coverage allows delivering the superfast network capacity that enables the end users to access smoothly and efficiently.
