Apollo hospitals group was the first co-operate hospital in India and it founded by Dr. Prathap c Reddy in the year 1983, which was started as the 150 bedded hospitals in the state Tamilnadu, and today it is the largest hospital group in Asia with almost 10,000 beds across 64 hospitals, 100 primary care and diagnostic clinics, 2200 walk in pharmacies, 115 telemedicine clinics and 15 academic institutions within and outside India.
