If you are not in the transportation sector, you should look closely at Uber: its innovative approach to business and the accompanying marketing strategy are becoming benchmarks for almost any category. A world-renowned economist like Jeremy Rifkin already speaks of the "uberization" of the economy, where the zero marginal cost -which provoked a Copernican turn in industries such as music, film and news- has finally gone digital To the "real". But in addition to a breakthrough service, the company managed to position itself with remarkable speed among the young public, gaining acceptance among the users to astonishing levels. The company reinvented the entire experience of traveling in a rental car to make it more personalized and enjoyable.
