GadgetsTech pvt ltd is well-known brand among Maldivians for their reliable and wide variety of consumer electronics products and for their valued aftersales services.
The management of the company has decided to expand their business by emerging in to supplying personal computers and laptop computers to the Maldivian market.

SWOT analysis is the first stage of planning and helps marketers to focus on key issues. SWOT stands for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal SWOT factors. Opportunities and threats are external SWOT factors
STRENGTHS
GadgetsTech has been in the industry for more than 6 years their customers have a great deal of trust with the products they provide.
Readability of the products and the after sales services are the greatest Strengths.
GadgetsTech is going to capitalize on these strengths in their marketing and business strategy by continuing to provide reliable products when they are supplying computers and laptops.
A great focus will be given getting the customer feedback and when providing aftersales services and warranty.
WEAKNESSES
The biggest weakness that was identified was that the company is new in supplying computers and laptops.
To overcome this the company is going to invest heavily on building relations with the customers, especially the enterprise customer.
Special attention will be given on the timely delivery of the orders.

Product
The products (commuters and laptops) will be of high quality. We will be choosing from a wide range of well-known brands including Dell, HP and Asus. The customer will have the flexibility of choosing the products based on their requirements.
Special attention will be provided in packaging with the product need is transported outside male’.
All are products are originals supplied from the authorized vendor and a warranty will be provided with the purchases.

Promotion
As we have been in the market for more than 6 years, we will be using similar promotional methods with the new products as well.
Facebook promotions, year-end promotions and stock ending promotions are some of the promotions that we have been having for years and we will be continuing the same for the new line of products as well.
In addition to above we will be promoting the products through online newspapers and we will be contacting IT departments of different enterprises to promote and to give them hands on experience of our
