The mission statement for this company is “We’re a place for innovative, delicious and fun treats in your neighborhood”. There vision for the employees to display to the customers are five different tasks. Leadership is the one on the top of the list they want responsibility with passion at every level. One of the other important tasks to display is social stewardship they need to demonstrate a good corporate citizenship and responsibility to all situations.
