Webster's Dictionary defines leadership as "the power or ability to lead other people," on the contrary to Mark Miller – VP of Chick-Fil-A it's not just leading people. Leaders engage in applying the five practices – SERVE: S – see the future, E – engage and develop others, R – Re-invent continuously, V- value results and relationships, E- embody the values. How was he able to define SERVE? He organized a group of all the smart people and figure out how to come up with leaders within their organization.
