At approximately 17:50, staff and co-residents were in the car heading back to the unit when (BM) became involved in an argument with fellow co-resident Mark Marshall.

Mark Marhsall tried to avoid conflict with Ben by ignoring him, thereafter Ben began to escalate and exhibited disruptive/dangerous behaviours, i.e: swearing and yelling at Mark; Ben then started kicking the back of Mark Marshall's seat.

Despite Mark asking to stop, Ben continued. When redirected by staff, Ben started hitting Mark and staff members (Writer) and Phillip Scott.

Staff deemed Ben's behaviour to be serious; as exhibiting these types of behaviours in a moving vehicle could be potentially dangerous, subsequently staff member made the decision to pull over into the
