Interview with complainant: (MARK GEE)
GEE stated on the above listed date and time, he went to work at approximately 9:30 AM when he noticed his glove compartment were opened and the items from the glove compartment was laying in the seat. He stated he noticed his black Lightweight Compact Pistol (LCP) gun was missing from the vehicle. He described the weapon as a black 380 caliber, serial number (371312803). He also stated he noticed the vehicle passenger side door was not completely shut. GEE described his vehicle as a white 2013 Toyota, South Carolina tag; (805 7HL) VIN # (5TDYK3EH8DS107426).
GEE then stated he called his wife (SAMATHA GEE) who had left to go to the airport and she alerted him that she did not go through her vehicle. GEE stated his wife then informed him that her weapon, a black Lightweight Compact Pistol (LCP), serial number (371336798) also was missing from her vehicle. I obtained all the above listed information to complete this report. While speaking to the complainant, I walked around the premises to conduct a property check. I observed one of the vehicles that one of the weapons were taken from, the white 2013 Toyota parked in the back of the residence. I did not observed any signs of forced entry or damage done to the vehicle. Photos were taken of the white Toyota while on scene. The second vehicle, the black 2012 Cadillac was not on scene at the time. I received a written statement from GEE in reference to this incident. I issued GEE a victim's brochure along with the case number to this incident. I advised GEE this incident would be documented. I then cleared and resumed normal patrol
