Last Impressions Of A Chief Officer

I am convinced that one of the main reasons that you've made such good progress with LAP and taking a cane again, is that you got your backside clattered both regularly and properly by your uncle. In a similar way to the lads at school being disappointed not to see stripes across your buttocks when you'd been caned, I am always surprised that the welts from my best efforts have almost faded away before I've even left for the evening! Well Mark, if you want to make a longer lasting impression, you will simply have to lay on harder. A real hard man would expect a lad to wear the stripes he has given him for more than just a few short hours. When a lad has been thrashed properly, his stripes should last for at least a few days. While that will undoubtedly be a very painful experience, that pain will seem minor compared to the pain that he will experience if he then has to be restrained to the Flogging Horse and given a timed dose of the Prison Strap by the Chief Officer.  The vast majority of the inmates have the greatest respect for how painful a leathering from the Chief Officer can come, the consensus of opinion seems to be that the Chief Officer can make his belt hurt more than most men would ever have dreamed possible, with some saying a leathering from him is far worse (more painful) than a serious thrashing from most other men. Let's hope that the Chief Officer's Belt comes keen enough across Manning's backside to make him wind his neck in, heaven help the inmate if he has to feel the Prison Strap across his bare buttocks for a prolonged period of time. The Chief Officer certainly delivers more pain than most men can cope with when he lays on a timed Strapping, the pain is relentless, ever increasing and absolute hell.  A number of inmates who have taken a leathering from the Chief Officer, have told Manning that the Chief Officer lays it on with real severity, that it was more painful than they had ever imagined it could be and far more painful than any punishment that they had taken in any other prison. Let's hope that his leathering does cause Manning to change his ways, as it is clear that a timed Strapping will deliver far more pain than Manning is capable of dealing with. When the Chief Officer tans Manning's backside next week, he will be leathering the prisoner for his own good - to save him from the further and more severe Corporal Punishment that the Chief Officer will have to lay on if Manning doesn't curb his lip and his tendency to push his luck at every opportunity. The Chief Officer has to

Proponents at that point insisted that the Pennsylvania system would involve only mild disciplinary measures, reasoning that isolated men would have neither the resources nor the occasion to violate rules or to escape. But from the outset Eastern State's keepers used corporal punishments to enforce order. Officials used the "iron gag," a bridle-like metal bit placed in the inmate's mouth and chained around his neck and head; the "shower bath," repeated dumping of cold water onto a restrained convict; or the "mad chair," into which inmates was strapped in such a way so as to prevent their bodies from resting. Ultimately, only three prisons ever enacted the costly Pennsylvania program.…

My first leadership experience came from being a voluntary work as a life- and management skills trainer, where I had to deal with different background, minds and studies trainees, to be the leader of my own session, the thing that let me build my communication, discussion and presentation skills. I’ve realized in my lifetime that saddling a horse that you are going to ride is not as natural of an act to other people as it is to me. Since the moment I had both the strength and height to lift my own tiny saddle up to the back of my animal, I was saddling by myself. These days in the time that I set aside to ride, I don’t even think about the act of saddling, I could almost finish the act blindfolded. In my realization that not all people know how to saddle a horse and if they have an idea it may not be the proper way, I decided to share my knowledge in this area with others.…
