As it comes to her childhood it didn’t go very well at all . She was treated unfairly since she was not fair- skinned . She overcame a lot of her fears as a child and became a stellar achiever in mathematics. Her relationship between her parents were solid to me . With her mom she really didn’t know her mother like that , she died when she was about 2 years old . With her father she did have a relationship with him , she was raised by him and her stepmom that he married who taught school also . Her death was caused of a heart at in Durham north Carolina. She left North Carolina Central University in 1979 . She passed away at the age of 65. She began her math career by major universities and taught in the south.
