Marital Conflict Research Paper

Throughout the sources of marital conflict in five cultures article it talked about the marital conflict, the lack of kindness, mate preferences, homogamy, and evolution and culture ethology. They created model for all five culture which was American, British, Chinese, Turkish, and lastly Russian for both husbands and wives views and opinions. Marital conflict is not just a difference of opinion it also have something to do with the way people was raised and also their culture and religion. Rather, it is a series of events that have been poorly handled by both partners so as to deeply damage the marriage relationship. Marriage issues have gone above and beyond of what they used to be. The main conflicts in marriage are stubbornness, pride, anger, hurt, lack of kindness, and lastly communication. Nevertheless the issues over which conflict arises seems to get bigger and bigger if not address in a matter that would benefits both partners at the end.

Before it was just man and woman now there is same sex marriages. Many people opposed to same-sex marriage because they believe that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Is traditional marriage between a man and a woman is the foundation of all civilization. Some may say that traditional marriage is something that a wife looks upon her husband as being the one who is in charge of everything. He may also be the breadwinner and the one that makes the final decisions about everything. For me I think that a traditional marriage is about to people that love each other and that would help each other to become a better person. I think that a couple they should make decisions that would help benefits them both at end, it should not be just a one way
