Marissa Speroni And Cassandra's Strengths

My three students Marissa Speroni, Courtney Bodine, and Cassandra Goodwin all have strong writing skills. All of them have a talent for comprehending reading material and writing essays. For the strategic network, all three girls are also very organized and have a desire for doing their work to the best of their ability. Marissa is good at prioritizing, Courtney is very determined, and Cassandra is very focused. Together, their other skills help them find the motivation to complete their tasks to the best of their abilities. The last brain network was different for all the girls when it comes to the motivation to learn, Marissa’s strengths are her leadership and mediator abilities where Courtney’s are a curiosity and desire to learn, and Cassandra’s are her patience and persistence. A correlation can be seen with Marissa and Courtney because their interests both fall in creative categories. Marissa creates poetry and Courtney is an illustrator, both are artistic and require a great amount of creative skills. When it comes to the girls’ preferences, Marissa and Cassandra are alike where they both are independent learners; however, Courtney likes to work in pairs. Courtney does not mind working independently as well because she feels she can work on her own time and schedule. Whereas, Marissa likes to work independently because she feels that she is the group member that has to carry all the weight-do all the work. Cassandra likes to work independently because she trusts herself and can get the most out of herself.
