As in all the companies, sometimes there are some problems that avoid the efficient development of the business, and in this case Marinescence is not the exception, even if this is not a big company, there are certain problems that should be adjusted in order to increase the competitiveness of the company against other agencies. One of the problems that Marinescence was facing and especially in this season of the year was the lack of updated information of the candidates in the database that made harder the research of potential candidates for filling the positions required by the clients. Due to this lack of updated information, many times recruitment processes are longer and make the recruiters waste time in candidates

One example was when I was looking for candidates in the social networks or websites and then I had to call them in order to ask them to subscribe in the Marinescence website. Some of the candidates didn’t know what Marinescence was about. Another example according the lack of updated information was that sometimes I spent a day calling different candidates of our database but a big part of them were not available anymore or they had already left the yachting industry. In other cases, some candidates that were new before, they got some experience so I asked them to send me their updated CV or to upload their CV directly on our …show more content…
During this party a famous Disc Jokey (DJ) plays while you can see different screens projecting videos and the advertisement of the company and the sponsors. Also in this party you will see a boat parade in the middle of the sea, which catch a lot the attention of the audience and especially for this industry. We can determine that a party was successful with the increase of new candidates registered in our website and also the new offers received from our clients. After the first event, we received around 10 new candidates per week in our offices that were interested in our help in order to find a job or to restructure their curriculum.
