My career interest is a Marine Biologist. A Marine Biologist is a person that studies the life of many organisms that are in any types of body of water and learn how they affect their environment. With this I can research the organisms that live the ocean, and probably find a new species of animals or plants. The salary of a Marine Biologist is not high, but it is not low. The actual salary an average of $51,289 per year. The lifestyle of Marine Biologists is that they usually go out to Oceans and gather samples for the experiment they had created. Also it depends on the environment you are in. If you work at a school, you might be a professor, if you want to work on a boat, then you will have to scuba dive in order to gather samples from to study. These scientists can help me with the process and even though some are not alive, they can help me the process of being a Marine Biologist, and get me through the college process. They were important people to the world, and I want to do the same for myself.
The education journey I need to do in order to be a Marine Biologist is you have to have an interest of Marine Biology. Also in high school you can be apart of summer internships for Marine Biology. Also I can look at schools with good Marine Biology programs or General Biology programs. For college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Biology or Marine Biology. After that you can get a master’s degree in Marine Biology, and then get a Ph.D in the same subject.
The next three steps that I need to take in order to be a Marine Biologist. Step one is to get at least a B in every class for the rest of the school years. Step two is to apply to many colleges with the programs that is in my interest. Step three is to go the college, do the best I can and earn my bachelor’s degree in Marine
