Marilyn Monroe; born June first, 1926 as Norma Jean Baker: was a model, singer, actress and is also known as one of the most influential icons to have ever lived was found dead at the age of thirty-six at her apartment in Brentwood California on August fifth, 1962. The media concluded her death as an overdose on prescription drugs. However, some argue that Monroe was murdered by the Kennedy brothers due to her threatening to reveal her ongoing affair with both brothers.
Monroe died from an overdose on prescription drugs - could be considered the most believable explanation for her death, due to the fact that she had suffered from manic depression for several years. This could be linked to her unhappy childhood where she was fostered into several

Her deadly drug abuse caused her to repeatedly turn up late or not turn up at all to her acting roles in which created a negative public image and a bad relationship with her cast and crew members. Another reason for her drug and alcohol abuse could be linked with her dissatisfied marriage with the famous play writer Arthur Miller in which she was married to for five years. Proof of this dissatisfaction marriage was from Monroe’s house maid Lena Pepitone as she states Monroe and Miller slept in different rooms and that Miller would spend his whole day writing in his office, while Monroe would lay naked in bed and refuse to get up for her work and demand that her breakfast would be a ‘Bloody Mary’.* Pepitone also stated that Marilyn had thought about suicide over her marriage and that she feeling pessimistic about her career and detested being overweight.** After Marilyn’s failed marriage with Arthur Miller, her drug abuse soon become lethal as she could no longer keep herself awake on set and due to this, apparently her makeup had to be applied while she was asleep. It is believed that months before Marilyn’s death, she had an affair with the president of the United States; John F Kennedy who was assassinated: November 22, 1963, Dallas, Texas, United States. Apparently after her affair with JFK, she had an affair with his brother Robert F Kennedy. After the affair with both brothers, Marilyn begun to endure in more medication, in order to help herself get through the breakup.
