Teenagers should be aware of this treasure that they have now and don’t let anything destroy their future. If they don’t pay attention to what they have, sometimes, just a silly mistake can make them sigh for the rest of their life. One of this silly mistakes are drugs, especially marijuana that is so current between young adults. Children who use marijuana are less likely to finish high school and other degrees of education. Marijuana gradually becomes important to them as it make them feel like they need it more than other things in their life. For example, Sam (not his real name), a regular marijuana user for thirty years, was studying to become a doctor but was expelled for smoking marijuana instead of going to class. After thirty years now he works as a handyman (Connolly 30). These teenagers waste their youth for jollification, but after many years they realize they could be someone far more important than what they are now. Young pregnant women who use marijuana during their pregnancy would have children with higher rate of executive functioning difficulties. These children are not able to think, behave and solve their problems properly (www.psychologytoday.com). Therefore, the new generation would have a hazy future when the leaders of the community are infirm and irresponsible. Legalized marijuana also makes drugged-driving.
