Many people think that marijuana can only destroy our lives. That it can only make us lose ourselves. But they don’t know that like others, marijuana can also have its benefits. Marijuana is a name for cannabis plant. It is also a drug that is created from dried leaves, stems, seeds and flowers of a hemp plant. Another thing is that concentrated resins that have high dose of marijuanas ingredient are so much popular to both recreational and medical users. Infact, it is the third most popular recreational drug in America. For medical uses, modern research says that Cannabis, which is the scientific name of marijuana, is an important aid to cure wide range clinical applications. This include pain relief, nausea and movement disorders. It is also a powerful appetite stimulant specially for the patients suffering from HIV, AIDS wasting syndrome and dementia. As for the recreational, marijuana has physiological and psychoactive effects when consumed. The desired effects from consuming this is the relaxation and the feeling of being high or mild euphoria. At higher doses, the effects could be a change in body image, hallucinations, illusions and ataxia while the undesired effects includes impaired motor skills, reddening of the eyes and etcetera. There may be a lot of disadvantage in using cannabis or marijuana but we cant deny the fact that it can also help us in treating some kinds of illnesses and it can also save the lives of diseased
