A survey was done and the results came back that 14 percent of teenagers started using marijuana at age 15 and and 2 percent started using marijuana at the age of 13. There was a study done that proved teenagers who use marijuana constantly are more likely to have dangerous drinking habits, more likely to become tobacco dependent, and use other extremely dangerous drugs. The study also proved that teenagers develop problematic behaviors or substance before adulthood because of the habits they develop through marijuana. Marijuana affects teenagers in their future, which means they may have trouble finding a job, staying in school, and being free of criminal records. Marijuana should continue to be an illegal drug so teenagers are less likely to sneak around and smoke the drug. …show more content…
