In order for the nearby recreational facility to be a more appealing venture for Marian University the following decisions must be made to increase the net income of the facility. These decisions include cutting down the cost on temporary employees by 7.5 % compared to total sales, implementing promotion deals for memberships in months of November and December, and finally introducing a summer camp program for kids during the months of June and July.
