The Merriam-Webster Dictionary definition of internal is “inner parts or features.” Internal beauty is often silent, sporadically reaching out its little hands in to the world in big or small ways. For example, something small that can be done to show internally beauty might be giving up your seat on the bus so that an elderly person or pregnant woman that is standing can have it out of the kindness of your heart. A big way of outwardly show might be donating money to a charity or paying for another ones groceries that might be quite as fortunate as yourself. Another way could be by not pocketing a twenty dollar bill you found at the grocery store, but rather turning it into the right authorities who will put it away for safe keeping in case someone comes back for it. Thus, although not seen on the outward features of the body like external beauty, actions that show ones internal self are just as important in terms of beauty. Secondly, inner beauty is what makes or breaks a person for me. For instance, someone who is beautiful on the outside but has a negative personality on the inside is ugly. According to Dictionary.com, self-worth is “the senses of ones own value or worth as a person; self-esteem, self-respect.” Firstly, self-beauty plays an immense role in beauty. Of the three different types of beauty, self-beauty is my favorite. Self-beauty means that you love yourself, that you value yourself and that you think that you are good enough. Specifically, the troubles going on in the world are hard enough itself to not love yourself and to think that you are truly beautiful. You do not have to have the perfect body or features to be considered attractive. To want to make a difference in someone elses life is beautiful. As you can see, to be the best person you can be is more than enough and I believe is beautiful. Secondly, self-respect plays a role in how you treat yourself. For instance, I believe that just because you get down does not mean you should talk down on yourself or harm yourself. Instead of finding all the negative things about you try to turn it around into something positive. Thus, having an optimistic mindset helps you start to love yourself. Thirdly, having the right people around you helps bring out who you truly are. For example, the people around you may play a big influence on how you view yourself.
