Marcellus Harris: Mentor, Guidance Counselor, High School, City Councilman, and Associate Pastor at First Baptist Morrison Marcellus Harris currently holds multiple positions that induce him to be a mentor. He had recently been elected as a city councilman for the City of Newport News, Va. In addition, he is a guidance counselor at Denbigh High School. He stated, he will begin mentor relationship from people that recognize him as a person of influence. His primary focus of mentorship is the youth. Moreover, George is a little more versatile with the people that he mentors. His mentor relationships could range from childhood to adulthood. His mentor relationships are typically initiated by the mentee. Although there are some differences to establish their mentor relationships, they are affected by what they do.
