Trucking is a very dangerous job and the professional driver often take for granted, I personally have lost some good friends to fatal accidents. The drivers award is a very difficult competition to win. I must to say there are some very thick skin professional drivers working here for Burris. Being a good driver is just not enough to score driver of the year. One must sacrifice a lot on a personal level, One must have discipline and Strong work ethics. My work ethics and discipline is the most important thing I have learned from the man whom inspired me to become professional driver, my father. Also I would like to take the opportunity to recognize the wife’s of the truck driver it takes a special type of woman
