Marathon Running Research Paper

Marathon runners got nothing on long haul air travelers. At least runners can stop and take a breather along the way. If things get too bad, a runner can quit and go home. When you are on an airplane ride that is supposed to last 15 hours, there's no way to stop and take a breather. There's no way to quit and go home. You're stuck until that plane lands.

How do you survive a long flight?

Wear something comfortable. You do not want to wear tight or constricting clothing. Pack the skinny jeans or the tight sweaters. Wear a loose cardigan, a comfy T-shirt and stretchy pants.

Pack a flight kit. This is a small bag that contains what you need for the flight. It will help you stave off boredom, get a decent nap, or ward off hunger pangs. Just don't make the bag good big.

Bring plenty of entertainment. Load your laptop or tablet with movies. Update your music list. Bring a book or two.

Get as much sleep as possible before the flight. Many people find it difficult to sleep on an airplane. Sleeping before you get on the flight will help you survive the flight with your brain intact.

Pack snacks. Light snacks will give your body some energy throughout the flight. Go for snacks that give you a combination of protein and carbs.

Traveling doesn't have to be difficult. All you need is a bit of planning. Just make sure your destination is a dream. A trip on a Three Moons Yacht is that kind of
