Ans.: - The strength of the present evaluation system is that it is easy to use and that 10 percent of the supervisors are trying, seriously trying, to make it work as intended. The weaknesses, however, are numerous. For the majority of supervisors, the system is not worth the paper it is written on. First, the criteria are vague and the standards are unspecified. Second, the supervisors do not seem to have received any training in using it or had its importance impressed upon them. Answer: - Yes, there is a case of sexual harassment in this case. It is act of sexual bullying. Sexual harassment can also be defined as inappropriate or unwelcomed exchange of sexual favor. It is illegal activity at work place. As discussed in the context, Rosetta’s colleague occasionally asks her about her private matter. She didn’t like it when her colleague made fun of her sexual life. She was constantly asked about her relationship with her Italian boyfriend which is kind of sexual harassment. The staff members used to talk about her sex life loudly all the time which disgusted her. Moreover, they even liked to taunt her by asking repeatedly why she preferred Italian guy over Canadian guy. The victim in this case study is Rosetta and the guilty ones are Rosetta’s colleagues.

All he used to think was it was just jokes which Rosetta’s colleagues cracked on her and the same he told Eva along with it he said He had been managing this division for more than a decade, he knows what’s up. Al was all stubborn to admit that sexual harassment was being practiced under his supervision. Cracking sexual joke at someone when they don’t like it or get offended constitutes to sexual bullying. If I was Eva I would by-pass Al’s authority and report the matter to his superiors.
