Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue that you experienced at our Modesto Science Center. First, I would like to express our deepest regret for any inconveniences this may have caused you. I assure you that your complaint will be handled and resolved.
We take full responsibility for not being able to accommodate all of our customers and assure you that we are working strongly so that occupancy issues and gift bag issues like this will not occur in the future.
We value your business, and we would like to make sure you, as our customer, is taken care of. We would like to offer you 4 vouchers for tickets to any show running in our onsite Planetarium. Again, please accept our apologies. Thank you for your understanding
