My leadership skills will show you what kind of person I am and how I like to get things done.
There are great people I have worked with who taught me how to be a leader I am today.
1. How would your subordinates describe you as a leader?
My subordinates I think would see me as a go-getter. A person who likes to get things done for the greater good of the mission. A leader who takes care of them by making sure they have what they need to reach the goal set. They say I take the time to listen to their questions and concerns that arise. The lowest level possible is what they say.

What leadership style do I use? Do you consider it to be effective or ineffective? Why?
I am a transactional leader. Using management-by-exception is what I consider to be effective. Example: If your subordinates are doing great reward them; can be a slap on the back or a BBQ or a simple great job. When and or if they mess up you drop the hammer, that way you mean business. The key is setting the standard at feedback sessions.
4. How would you describe yourself has a NCO?
I am a quiet NCO. I observe things. I am fair, kind, and great looking.
The way I do things are probably different from others. I set standards at feedback sessions. I am very stern in my ways and my airmen know it. I smile, praise, and kick ass and take names. I got a good system going.
5. How would your supervisor describe you as a NCO?
My supervisor describes me as a great NCO. Great poise and poster well rounded. He has told me he does not have to worry if I am going to complete a task. My leadership skills to this point or spot on and on track. I read his mind. No task to big or small for me to complete. I get results. He says I am quiet and oberesveent. He even said hey you breathing over there.
