Having your first baby can be exciting, nerve-wracking and terrifying. Couples have little to none experience with what all comes with raising a child. Almost all new pregnant couples do not know how to swaddle a baby. New couples who are pregnant simply do not have the experience or knowledge about children. A couple might also be using the ancient knowledge that used to work when their grandparents were growing up, but parenting is changing, so parenting classes for all stages of childhood should be mandatory for pregnant couples with their first child.
