Although this country is plagued with unhealthy eating habits, a mandatory military obligation will force people to live an active lifestyle. Many people are often given the choice of taking the escalator or taking the stares while shopping. EarthAngel (2006) commented on a post where she stated multiple reasons as to why people take the escalator rather then the stairs. One of the reasons that was stated was that people sometimes are just lazy. Another one that was stated, was that some people consider them to be fun to use.
