Mandating is a recipe for disaster. Mandatory donation will lead to a breakdown of an already imperfect system. Problems will arise within human rights, possible disease transference, and an overload surplus of harvested organs.
Problems that could arise within human rights will be complicated. Inherently, as a whole people do not accept when a choice is being taken away. Making it mandatory will also take away the aspect of the gift of life making it impersonal almost like a death tax. Who will setup this law? Will there be an oversight committee?
