Managing Pharmacy Practice

I have been very effectively managing pharmacy practice throughout my school and work and I will keep adding more appropriate ways to advance my level of expertise after graduation. For example, I have seen many pharmacy technician do not look at patients profile medication review at the time of prescription drop off or while entering prescription so I will make sure to train my technicians in such a way that they check patient profile either during prescription drop off or while entering prescription and bring it to my attention if they suspect any potential error so I can correct that right away and will make sure to appreciate them for their effort.
