Leadership will help members to develop and refine organizational strategies by developing and inspiring staff and building internal and external relationships. Finance will allow members to create financial strategies, learn and understand not-for-profit accounting, and reporting financial information internally and externally. Program understanding and designing is pertinent to educational principles and tools and coaching both program members, volunteers, and patrons. Technology will leverage information technology to increase efficiency and effectiveness by using media to communicate internally and externally. Culture will be compassionately managed and the organizational culture is crucial to PPCP’s organizational achievements because service industries rely upon the day-to-day judgments and decisions. PPCP will also have to depend upon the skills and attitudes of individuals on the front lines to triumph. Implementing and maintaining a strong organizational culture, in which values are closely held and aligned with the ultimate vision will be imperative to PPCP’s success. We will do our best to ensure that all of our members stay on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future while demonstrating good character and social responsibility. PPCP volunteer advisors will back up the members of the program ensuring that the linear management system in place is implemented and run correctly by answering any questions, offering advice on controversial issues, and tie breaking any stalemates. This ensures that the members have to work together with in the organization in order to get projects, goals, and objectives accomplished. Members will have to work both independently and within various groups in order to make a plan and implement it thus becoming a successful organization. Moreover, this management model creates a financial check on the budget ensuring that the companies movement is aligned with the heart of the organization.
