Managing a client involves many things. It includes taking care of his/her needs- not only financial, but also emotional. You have to be that person, he not only has to go to, but also “wants” to go to. You have to work hard to cultivate a relationship with your parolee client, so that he turns to you for all his problems, enabling you to effectively carry out your duty that is help overcome problems that might lead to the client “re-offending”
