Some people would say leaders are born not made. I say leaders are made and not born. Being a affective leader in my opinion is something that you grow into. Now when I say that it could all come down to the situations that you find yourself in and that’s when you know how people will turn out. Will you jump, will you swim are will you be that one person that sits there and take the fire that may come. I think as I get older and meet people not many people want to be leaders, but some people take the bulls by the horn and they stand out.
The key to being a good active listener there is a very simple way you think of it. I believe that some people overthinking things, well some people just lay it down on the table. The first think you can

I say this because you might be in a mood, but being a good manager you almost have to show no emotions, like nothing gets to you and you are immune to everything on around you. I will say the one thing you have to recognize is this nonverbal communicating in your employees. Doing this can’t be easy, but when you master it. It will allow you to be a good manager because it will allow you show your people that you care. I’m going to go over 3 forms and I hope when I’m done going over them you have a better understanding of them.
The first one I want to talk about is Body language. This is the easiest form of nonverbal communication. It allows people to show how they are feeling without saying it. When you look at the definition it tells your body language is “the gestures, movements, and mannerisms by which a person or animal communicates with others” (http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/body%20language)
The next form of nonverbal communication is Hand/arm gestures. I think this is another easy form to tell how people are feeling. When people are mad are e ven happy they use they Hand/arm to tell you have they feel.
